Owners and dispatchers plan the day's route and split it across techs by working time. Techs can open their day in the web app on a phone and see each stop in order with its ETA, property size, and each dog's name and temperament, plus gate codes and access notes when the client has them. In the coming iOS app, the route can show on the lock screen.

Each client has properties, services, visits and billing in one record. Plans repeat weekly, biweekly, twice weekly, monthly or every few days, and vacation holds pause service. Invoices, online payments and tips are built in. Client texting and on-the-way text links are coming soon. Clients can use their own portal to pay and see visits.
